Hi, I don't have experience with this kind of exam; but I have experienced with scholarship exam to China for Bachelor degree. I have prepared for some subjects: Mathematic, English and General Knowlegde. I have prepared for some period of time (around 1-2 years) and finally I have successfully got the scholarship for Bachelor degree.

During the preparation, I have checked alot of document, for example, documents that have used in the exams, prepared exam document; while also find some contact for more information from senior who already got the scholarship. I usually do a pre-test to check my ability to see if I am ready to take or possibly pass the exam or not.

Finally, I have passed it.

For your case, if you prefer and use your own experience or knowledge to pass in the exam; it will be not a hard thing to do. Just prepare it and get everything done before you take the exam.
