My first sleeping in a hostel in Phnom Penh cost me 3.5$ per night. It is a nice room with cleaned environment, cleaned bed, air-con and it come with a locker where we can put something inside with safe protection. There is also a power source next to the bed which we can charge PC or Phone. There are 16 beds per room and the size of bed is OK for per person. Check picture below.
